Adam Mears

Adam founded Strategic Technology in 2001. He quickly realized that small and mid-sized clients need the same IT resources as fortune 500 companies, but can’t have the complexity that comes along with it. Adam envisioned providing solutions that made sense and just plain worked. Today the company has grown to more than 100+ clients all over the world. He has created a culture where they leave the tech talk behind and tell it like it is.

Michael Damon

Michael has been in the computer support and IT customer service industry since 2009. Michael does an excellent job at not only resolving customer issues, but maintaining a great relationship between the technician and user. Keeping customers happy is a full-time job and our zero customer loss exemplifies the great job Michael is doing.

Hugh Hawthorne

Hugh has been with Strategic Technology since 2008. As a Senior Systems Engineer, he is the go to person on large scale server projects, implementation plans and migration projects. Hugh is often found hunkered up in a telecom closet hovering over a data rack working on server and network equipment.

Sandy Mears

Sandy was thrown head first into the IT business by her husband Adam. Sandy self-proclaims that she is definitely not technical, which is great for STS. We pass all proposals, quotes, communications, by her. If it doesn’t make sense to her then we re-work it to keep it simple. Sandy is the jack of all trades at our office and assists wherever necessary. One day you may find her working on payroll and taxes and the next she is heading up a donut taste test. Sugar Shack Donuts won – by the way.
